Electrical Technician I

Assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as electrical panels, switch kits, motors, or hydraulic cylinders. Test equipment including telemetering systems, electric motors, and center drives. Perform electrical assembly work accurately and thoroughly. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. Work with little supervision and complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Work overtime and weekends as required to meet customer needs. Requirements Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints Must have knowledge of caliper gauges and computers Must be familiar with hand tools – drills, screwdrivers, etc Previous wiring experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required to meet our customer needs.
