This is a fully remote position responsible to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Collaborate with business units and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to align priorities and manage expectations. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear definition and acceptance criteria for user stories and features. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to product stability, security, and delivery timelines. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, reliability, and business impact. Drive ongoing enhancements to the product based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging technology trends. Ensure comprehensive documentation of product, processes, and features for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure the platform adheres to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Manage a small team of product managers Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or IT project management, preferably with API platforms or integration technologies. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and API management tools. Experience with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects or products in an Agile environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with security, authentication, and authorization standards (e.g., OAuth, JWT) is a plus. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders. Experience managing and leading teams Previous experience implementing complex API solutions for Federal health clients. Previous experience delivering high-availability systems.
