About the Role

We are looking for a friendly professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people solving problems communicating clearly and creating a positive customer experience.

This position will be responsible for assisting customers with questions requests reservations follow-ups and general support while representing the company in a professional and helpful manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone email chat and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests reservations changes cancellations and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive professional and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service quality and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service hospitality sales travel or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computers email CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the travel hospitality tourism or service industry.
• Experience with CRM or customer management platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience handling reservations bookings or customer accounts is a plus.
