Fund Accountant, Investment Fund Services

Overview The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and seeks members for its Investment Fund Services accounting team. As a Fund Accountant, you provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for the company’s mutual funds, CITs, ETFs and other pooled vehicles, acting as intermediary between the funds and their investment managers and serving as the official record keeper for the funds. Responsibilities Calculate the funds’ daily investable cash, expenses, and income, and compute daily Net Asset Values (NAVs). Process shareholders’ activity and perform timely reconciliations with transfer agents. Communicate transaction details and fund inquiries to investment managers and internal/external clients. Support year‑end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP. Enter security trades, fee payments, cash position breaks, and related reconciliations. Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Internship experience preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on customer service. Desired Attributes Motivation to broaden financial‑services knowledge and apply new concepts.
