We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our customer care team. In this role, you'll be a primary point of contact for our distributors and consumers, providing exceptional service while assisting with product questions, order processing, and issue resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Process customer orders accurately and provide order confirmations.
• Prepare invoices and assist with credits, refunds, and deductions.
• Answer product and order-related questions while resolving customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions, complaints, and adverse event reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our ERP system.
• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and food safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office.
• A dependable, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.

Preferred:

• Experience with order entry, invoicing, or credits.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

PAY & BENEFITS

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Temecula, CA - Remote work unavailable

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
