Architectural Designer

Responsibilities Works closely with internal and extended project team members and is responsible for supporting the schematic design (SD), design development (DD), construction document preparation (CD), construction administration (CA) and team coordination on multi‑family, institutional and mixed‑use projects. Summary SVA Architects is seeking an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer works on projects from their concept phases through schematic design and design development and may continue with the project through construction documents as support for the production team. Architectural designers may also assist the project manager with presentations. Qualifications Master’s degree in Architecture from a US accredited university and 2 years’ experience as a junior designer, intern, architectural designer, or related. Required Skills Revit CAD InDesign Rhino Understanding of architectural and construction plans and building codes. Compensation Wage: $97,822.
