PhlebotomistA-Team Solutions is seeking (1) Full-time Phlebotomist for the VA clinic in Silverdale, WA. This would be day shifts Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.Job Duties:Perform venipuncture procedures on outpatient veterans.Accession and process laboratory specimens in accordance with VA and College of American Pathologists regulations.Greet and log specimen orders in for outpatient veterans.Requirements:High school graduate.Completed a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) certified phlebotomy training program.Minimum 1 year experience in phlebotomy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.Experience with accessioning of laboratory specimensExperience with processing of laboratory specimensCapable of reading standard operating procedures and adhering them to the current laboratory processes.Communicate clearly the daily status and problems about the laboratory output to team members and senior management of the service.Computer literate.Phlebotomy Technician (PBT), American Society of Clinical Pathology, or eligibility pending within 3 months of start date.A-Team Solutions is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFull-Time Employees: Medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401K with employer match, paid holidays, paid time off.
