Myticas Consulting is seeking a Technical Support and Customer Service Associate to join our client’s Personal Support Center (PSC) team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, skilled in troubleshooting, and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Title: Tech Support/CSA Contract: W2 Length: 6+ months Contract/Contract to Hire Rate: $18/hr Location: Fully remote Client Location: Chicago, IL/All work done on CST hours Start Date: 9/21/2026. Training for the first three weeks will be 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, Central Time. Post-training shifts needed: Central Time 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Saturday–Wednesday Overnight shift options: 4, 10 hour shifts, 11:00pm-9:00am (CST) Wednesday-Saturday Saturday-Tuesday Skills/Experience To Be Successful In This Role Experience in a high call volume Tier1 or 2 setting Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues Tech support in a college of university setting would be helpful Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas, Blackboard or Moodle would be helpful Self-directed learner Ability to support multiple customers via email, phone and chat What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues Assist with password resets, software installations, VPN setups, and general troubleshooting Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary Maintain clear, professional communication in both Spanish and English across all customer interactions Manage support requests via phone, email, and chat simultaneously Accurately log cases in tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk What We’re Looking For Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules Why Join Us Hands-on training and mentoring Access to a robust internal knowledge base Opportunities to collaborate with tech experts and leadership A supportive team environment that encourages growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Myticas Consulting Inc.
