Job Details

Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or mass tort litigation matters from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit development
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials as needed
Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and co-counsel on case strategy
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
