Dudonis Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an exciting, long-term commercial project. While we specialize in high-end residential construction, we are expanding our commercial portfolio with a significant project located approximately in Glassboro, NJ . This role will play a critical part in the successful execution of that project. Learn more about us at: DudonisConstruction.com Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a large commercial construction project from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams across a geographically distant job site. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of a large commercial construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals. Review and approve submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software. Provide leadership and direction to field teams and support staff. Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in construction project management, with commercial project experience required. Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar). Willingness and ability to travel regularly to a project site in Glassboro, NJ. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer: Full-time position. Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 , based on experience. Two weeks of paid vacation per year. Eight paid holidays annually. 401(k). Opportunity to lead a flagship commercial project.
