Director of Technical Account Management

Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Director of Technical Account Management will be responsible for customer success, retention, and driving measurable business outcomes through effective technical account management and strategic customer engagement. Key responsibilities Lead, hire, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence Own performance metrics related to Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and customer satisfaction while managing strategic accounts Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure customer value realization Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related technical customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS or fintech 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and scale high-performing technical teams Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with AI/ML platforms and a track record of guiding teams through complex customer implementations Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes
