Loan Servicing Specialist

Monitoring loan pipelines and metrics, the full-time salaried Reverse Loan Processing Manager will oversee loan processing teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and support to staff in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor overall pipeline and metrics, adjusting workloads as necessary to ensure timely loan turnarounds Provide training and coaching to Loan Processors on procedures, compliance, and customer service standards Review loan applications for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred Seven or more years of experience in loan processing, with at least two years in a supervisory role Expert knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory requirements related to consumer mortgage lending Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal data entry systems
