Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are informed by their individual needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress reports.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
