Production Team Member

deBotech, Inc.

Job Description

We are seeking Production Staff to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Responsibilities:

Read and follow work instructions
Follow all established safety procedures
Hand laminate composite components using carbon fiber pre-preg and other similar materials, to specifications set by work instructions, layup manuals, and other technical documentation
Follow quality control processes
Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in unison with Quality Team, Engineers and Supervisors

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with Supervisor's established priorities to assure laminating and assembly workflow is sustained
Experience working in Production manufacturing environment
