This is an onsite position Overview The Product Manager supports new product strategy and commercialization across a portfolio of brand and private label retail customers for the Company. This position makes an immediate impact with diverse experience across VMS and OTC customers. The Associate Product Manager is a member of the cross‑functional team and supports new product launches through project management, product development, claims support, packaging/label design, and marketing & sampling coordination activities. Duties and Responsibilities Lead internal cross‑functional teams across Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to deliver fast paced, highly incremental innovation growth. Partner with external sales teams, product managers, contract customers and retailers on launch of new products including product development, cost optimization, shelf‑life validation, claims development, document development, and packaging/label design. Ensure coordination and execution of all required steps to bring a new product from ideation to commercialization, including setting up the product in various systems, complete batch records, bills of materials, and required customer numbers. Secure forecasts and input in SAP; collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure sales execution against orders and requested delivery dates. Manage several projects, develop plans, coordinate timelines, and manage multi‑functional tasks to achieve project goals on time. Work with sales teams to build and enhance selling tools and stories to sell‑in close and new platforms to customers. Identify customer‑specific product opportunities through customer analyses, point‑of‑sales data, trends, and consumer insights. Assist sales team in building business case and strategic rationale for pursuing new innovations. Coordinate marketing projects, customer samples, trade shows, and prepare for customer visits. Handle other ad‑hoc requirements based on business needs. Required Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate combination of education and work experience. 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or innovation in the consumer products industry. Experience working in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment; ability to build structures and processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); pivot tables a plus. Analytical skills to analyze data and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and resourcefulness. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas with customers, peers, and leadership, and provide reports verbally and in written format. Preferred Qualifications Degree in business, marketing, or related field. Professional product management experience in the consumer or nutraceutical products industry.
