industries such as hospitality, professional services, and adult day care centers. Their agency combines deep technical knowledge with a

relationship-driven approach to provide trusted risk management solutions.

The salary for the Bilingual Accounting Associate is $50,000-$55,000

The role:

Communicating with and assisting insurance brokers, companies, and retail insurance customers

Processing accounting tasks such as Invoices, Notices of Cancellation, Billing inquiries, Status of Payments, etc.

Handling phone calls regarding accounting inquiries.

Reconciling commission and billing statements

Qualifications: They are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist with general accounting and billing processes to assist their brokers and insureds. xhyhwjd The position will include on-the-job training to learn everything you need for the role, as well as on-going training for knowledge about the insurance industry.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Mandarin

Previous accounting, billing or administrative experience is a plus

Able to work 40 hours per week, (Office is open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)
