Junior BAS/BMS Engineer

Participate as a member of the On-Call Service rotation No on-call service is currently being provided, but it is anticipated in the future Must Haves Experience with BMS Experience with HVAC or controls in some capacity Minimum of 24 months of experience as a Specialist I or equivalent work experience Experience diagnosing complex programming issues and implementing corrections Ability to create complex graphics logic strategies from Sequences of Operation for central plants and large HVAC systems Plusses MCA Project Management course Ability to demonstrate reliable and successful performance of job responsibilities Detailed understanding of complex mechanical systems Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex Building Management System issues Controls drawings experience ASHRAE certification CPR certification DAY TO DAY: The Building Automation Specialist II will support service and construction projects as a technical lead. This person will perform complex programming, troubleshoot Building Management System issues, support project field teams through checkout and commissioning, and work closely with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the service lead for planned preventive maintenance, service calls, and projects when applicable Execute complex programming and system corrective actions Act as a primary resource to Project Managers for daily project status reports Serve as the technical lead for project field teams during checkout and commissioning processes Troubleshoot and diagnose complex Building Management System issues Diagnose complex programming issues and implement corrections Create complex graphics logic strategies from Sequences of Operation for central plants and large HVAC systems Serve as the Holaday-Parks lead in commissioning and functional testing meetings Write and execute customer Method of Procedure and MCM documentation Manage subcontractor daily reports and performance Serve as the point of contact for necessary corrective actions involving subcontractors Perform other duties as project needs dictate #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
