This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role with heavy emphasis on hourly recruiting through Paycom – ideal for someone who thrives in a service‑oriented HR environment and can hit the ground running. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Support full‑cycle hourly recruitment using Paycom, including requisition generation and staffing reports. Provide face‑to‑face HR support to employees on policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Process new hire paperwork including pre‑employment screening, E‑Verify, and I‑9 documentation. Assist with onboarding and new employee training. Enter and maintain data in HRIS; process invoices and manage filing. Support HR projects and create/update spreadsheets as needed. What You Bring (Skills and Requirements) Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiency. Prior experience in HR support or coordination in a service environment. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. High degree of discretion – this role handles confidential information daily. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of employment law a plus.
