Position Title: Human Resource Generalist (Part-time) Location: Central Office Reports To: Human Resources Manager Position Start Date: As soon as possible Required Certification: CHRC with Department of Education Application Deadline: Open until suitable candidate found The Kittery School District is currently seeking a part-time human resource generalist. This position is year‑round, Monday‑Friday. The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR‑related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Human Resources Manager, Payroll Specialist, and the Business Manager. Functional Areas: Benefits administration Employee relations Training Onboarding Policy implementation Recruitment/employment Affirmative action Employment law compliance Candidates must submit to a Criminal History Record Check through the Maine Department of Education.
