Rental Coordinator (Hudsonville, MI) As a result of our significant growth, GM Equipment Rentals is in need of 1 full time Rental Coordinator for our Hudsonville, MI location. Job responsibilities Work with Location Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standards Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service Schedule Drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch Arrange for all field repairs Answer customer calls and review driver schedules in order to fulfill customer requests Ensure customer service levels are held above standards Maintaining a consistent message to be delivered by all customer service team members Other duties assigned as needed Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background /drug test. 2 + years of industry experience preferred. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc. Familiarity with heavy equipment / trucks and parts a plus.
