Bite Me BBQ is known for serving some of the best BBQ in Wichita, and is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team. Here, you’ll have the chance to lead the crew, enhance your culinary management skills, and be part of a growing company that gives you the opportunity to grow as well!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards in cleanliness and food quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Ensure costs of the kitchen are in check and being managed daily
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
- Passion for guest satisfaction and building a culture within the restaurant
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
- Day and night shifts
- Monday to Friday and weekend availability required

Todd's Creole Kitchen serves some of the best American and Cajun food in Wichita. With amazing appetizers, soups & salads, handhelds, steaks, and Cajun cuisine favorites, there's a little something to please everyone.
