Key Details

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Compensation: $17.25–$18.25/hr, plus commission eligibility (Bilingual Spanish speakers: $19–$20/hr)
• Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits. Details:
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Work Model: Onsite, Monday–Friday
• Interview Process: One interview with LaSalle Network, followed by one onsite interview with the client
• Target Start Date : September 14

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and resolve service requests efficiently
• Upsell and cross-sell products and solutions to drive revenue and meet sales goals
• Deliver accurate information and a positive experience on every call
• Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the confidence to overcome objections
• Able to work onsite in Naperville, IL, Monday through Friday
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tools
• Prior inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
