Sales & Marketing Associate

Summary: We are seeking an organized, energetic Sales & Marketing Associate to support our sales team and drive marketing initiatives from our Teterboro, NJ office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, manage and qualify leads, and support sales efforts — while also contributing to marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media, website content, and trade show preparation. This is an ideal role for a motivated professional who enjoys both customer-facing sales support and hands‑on marketing work, and who wants to grow within a global equipment company. Responsibilities: Sales Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and web forms Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the outside sales team Follow up on quotes, demo requests, and open opportunities to keep the pipeline moving Prepare quotes, sales documents, and order paperwork in coordination with the sales team Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of leads, contacts, and activity in CRM Provide courteous after‑sale follow‑up and coordinate with service/support teams as needed Marketing Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional announcement Create and schedule content for social media channels and support website updates Help prepare marketing materials, brochures, and presentations Support trade show planning, logistics, and on‑site execution (occasional travel) Track marketing performance metrics and compile reports for management Required Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role Fluent English (spoken and written) — required Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning CRM and marketing tools Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a proactive, self‑starter mindset Preferred: Second language a strong plus — preferably Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, or Burmese Experience in the foodservice, restaurant, or equipment industry Familiarity with social media management, email marketing platforms, or basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) Technical understanding of equipment or machinery a plus What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus bonus incentives Health benefits and paid time off Product training and ongoing professional development The opportunity to grow with a global leader in commercial food processing equipment in an expanding U.S. market #J-18808-Ljbffr
