We’re looking for an Automotive Salesperson to join our passionate and driven team to help us continue our tradition of excellence—and we’re offering a $4,00 monthly guarantee to start! Depending on which day of the month you start, the guarantee will last between 60-90 days.

What You’ll Love About This Role:

As an Automotive Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in shaping the experience of every customer you meet, creating long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers, making a lasting impact on their car-buying experience.
• Share your expert knowledge of our extensive vehicle lineup and features, guiding customers to the perfect choice.
• Lead dynamic test drives, showcasing the best of what we offer and creating excitement about the vehicles you’re selling.
• Negotiate and close sales in a respectful, professional manner, helping customers drive away happy.
• Collaborate with our finance and insurance teams to make the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible.
• Stay at the cutting edge of the automotive industry, keeping up with trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

• Automotive Sales experience is not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for making customers feel heard and valued.
• A customer-first mentality and a desire to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a hunger to stay updated on the latest products and trends.
• Great negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
