Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align on production plans and delivery commitments.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule and identify potential deviations or bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules dynamically in response to changes in demand, supply, or production issues.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage production orders, material requirements, and inventory levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review schedule adherence and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
