Join our team practicing in a full scope collaborative environment. Our CNM's provide comprehensive care across inpatient and outpatient settings-pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, immediate newborn care, gynecologic and familyplanning needs while delivering safe, compassionate, evidencebased care for every family.

United Women's Health Clinic in St. Paul, MN provides comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care, offering prenatal services, wellness exams, and coordinated support from a team of OB/GYN physicians and certified nursemidwives who partner closely with United Hospital for delivery care. The Mother Baby Centers deliver integrated, familycentered maternity services through Allina Health and Children's Minnesota, offering labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care with highrisk pregnancy support, NICU collaboration, and specialized OB/GYN leadership.

Job Description:

• Our Certified Nurse Midwife group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
• Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
• We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
• "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
• Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.
• Professional Liability insurance including tail.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required.
• Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days.
• AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
