Our CNM's provide comprehensive care across inpatient and outpatient settings—pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, immediate newborn care, gynecologic and family‑planning needs while delivering safe, compassionate, evidence‑based care for every family. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required. Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire. BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days. AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required. The Mother Baby Centers deliver integrated, family‑centered maternity services through Allina Health and Children’s Minnesota, offering labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care with high‑risk pregnancy support, NICU collaboration, and specialized OB/GYN leadership. Learn more Pay Range Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
