HR Generalist

HR Generalist (Contract to Hire) Onsite near downtown Columbus, hybrid arrangement, 8am-5pm Mon‑Fri. Core Responsibilities of HR Generalist Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff, plus facilitating onboarding for new hires. Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, handling conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns. Benefits & Payroll: Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401(k)) and assisting with payroll tasks. Performance & Training: Assisting with employee performance evaluations, tracking progress, and organizing training sessions. Compliance & Policy: Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, and enforcing company policies. Desired Skills and Experience HR Generalist with experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
