The Assistant Director shall be responsible for assisting the Director with the operation of the Center and compliance with CA state and The Learning Experience (TLE) regulations. The Assistant Director assists with providing and coordinating the necessary support, resources, supervision and leadership to ensure the provision of nurturing care and education to young children in a group setting, in accordance with the goals and curriculum plans of the Center, the philosophy and policies of The Learning Experience (TLE). The Assistant Director of TLE is a member of the Management Team, and reports to the Center Director. The Assistant Director shall not accept outside employment that interferes with the duties of the Center.

Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
