PT- Outpatient needed asapBachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related fieldEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: A valid California drivers license when travel is requiredLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current BLS course completionLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registrationLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Member of APTA preferredQUALIFICATIONS: Able to organize and monitor the work of others.QUALIFICATIONS: Able to relate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital/home health staff in a courteous, professional mannerQUALIFICATIONS: Able to work independently with minimal supervisionQUALIFICATIONS: Analytical and diagnostic ability capable to interpreting patient physicians orders for physical therapy patients and developing an effective treatment plan as neededQUALIFICATIONS: Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Relates well with other staff members and various other hospital personnel in a courteous professional manner at all timesQUALIFICATIONS: Utilizes good oral and written communication skills sufficient to meet the demands of the jobEQUIPMENT USED: Cell phoneEQUIPMENT USED: General office equipment, including computer, printer, calculator, copy machine and other office equipmentEQUIPMENT USED: Physical therapy equipment, such as hot packs, electrical stimulation, modalities, exercise equipment, weights, walking aides, whirlpools, wheelchairs, traction devices, and diathermy

Physical Therapist, Acute OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Bachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related field EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience A valid California drivers license when travel is required
