These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.  In this role, you will: Lead culture and behavior change efforts within Finance TransformationTranslate transformation goals into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestonesDrive end-to-end process and operating model adoption; remove barriers to changeDevelop and execute integrated change strategies (communications, training, engagement)Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and sponsorshipConduct stakeholder/readiness assessments and advise leaders on navigating resistanceDefine and track adoption, behavior, and culture metrics; refine strategies using insightsBuild capability through training, coaching, and enablement of managers and teamsWho You Are: 7+ years leading organizational change, culture, or process adoption initiativesProven ability to drive behavior change in complex, cross-functional environmentsExperience influencing senior leadership and shaping culture and decision-makingStrong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP)Exceptional communication and storytelling skillsExperience designing and measuring adoption and culture metricsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldTotal Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
