Fatherhood Case Manager: Outreach, Coaching & Stability

The Retreat Inc. is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to lead the Long Island Fatherhood Initiative program in Hauppauge. This full-time position requires engaging with fathers to enhance their economic stability and promote responsible parenting through various support services. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in social services. Responsibilities include outreach, case management, and tracking client progress while maintaining precise records.
