Position: Case Manager | Full-time | Benefits Eligible | 35 hours per week FLSA status: Non-Exempt Hours: M-F, Days Department/Location: Fatherhood/Hauppauge
PURPOSE
The Long Island Fatherhood Initiative (L.I.F.I) program will address the needs of fathers 18 years & older (most low‑income, many with history and involvement in the criminal justice system) in both Nassau & Suffolk Counties. The case manager's primary goal is to work with fathers by providing regular contact to facilitate program retention, completion, and access to needed support services with greater focus on economic stability and job‑focused services with a clear and unwavering commitment to promoting responsible parenting and healthy marriage/relationship. Specific Responsibilities To provide systematic, coordinated outreach, intake, and comprehensive personal assessment services for all eligible participants referred by community‑based agencies or identified through extensive outreach efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr The RetreatVacancy posted 2 days ago
