The Life Enrichment Director leads the heart of our community — creating and coordinating dynamic programs that nurture mind, body, and spirit.

You’ll design, plan, and oversee all resident activities including social, educational, recreational, and spiritual programs. You’ll also help promote the community’s vibrant lifestyle to prospective residents and families by showcasing the joy and engagement within our walls.

This position combines creativity, leadership, and heart , ensuring residents live each day with purpose, laughter, and connection.

• Plan, develop, and implement a diverse calendar of daily activities and events

• Coordinate resident outings, entertainment, and special celebrations

• Encourage resident participation and personalize engagement opportunities

• Manage activity budgets and supplies efficiently

• Support marketing initiatives through resident and community events

• Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers

• Collaborate with department heads to integrate activities into holistic care

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

✅ Experience in senior living, recreation, or therapeutic activities (required)
✅ Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
✅ Creative mindset with a passion for improving lives
✅ Ability to plan engaging events and coordinate logistics
