Punch Press Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Punch Press Operator
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Press operator a plus however any manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Lifting 40lbs.
• Standing for long durations of time.
• Use hands and fingers to operate machines with safeguards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates machines with supervision and instruction.
• Compare production parts to sample.
• Remove tooling and clean up upon completion.
• Understands the uses of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
• Understands the use of machine guarding and safety devices.
• Understands when to get help and who to get.
