Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (Full-time)
Pay:

Base: $23.00–$25.00/hr (depending on experience)
Shift Premium: +$2.50/hr
Total 2nd Shift Rate: $25.50–$27.50/hr

What You’ll Do

As the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production by:

Leading and supporting the CNC team on 2nd shift
Setting up and dialing in CNC machines (mills/lathes) and other manufacturing equipment
Training and mentoring operators
Troubleshooting machining issues to keep production flowing
Ensuring quality standards and production goals are met
Working closely with production leadership for daily workflow planning

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and leadership. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

2+ years of CNC set-up experience
Prior lead or supervisory experience (preferred, not required for strong candidates)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
Strong communication and team-building skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll guide the 2nd shift manufacturing team, ensure accurate machine setups, and help maintain a productive, positive working environment. Your skill directly impacts both quality and team success.
