Job Description We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Project Management Team. This individual must have the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work, be attentive to detail and actively problem solve throughout the entire construction process. Key Responsibilities Provide foundational consistency in processes from preconstruction to project management Analyze weekly and JTD production and review any significant over/under vs estimated production for weekly production and review with foreman cause of over/under. Understand how an estimate is built, planned, priced and executed. Manage communication between clients, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors Project financial management Maintain and build relationships across all relevant constituents internally and externally.
