Global Workplace Experience Lead

As the Global Workplace Experience Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., you will design and drive a cohesive workplace experience strategy across JLL and client portfolios. You will shape how people use and feel in our spaces, integrating hospitality, facilities services, technology, and sustainability to deliver high-performing, human-centered environments. Partnering with real estate, HR, IT, and operations teams worldwide, you will enhance services, amenities, and engagement programs that support productivity, well-being, and a strong client-centric culture. You will use data and feedback to refine offerings, manage key vendors, ensure service excellence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
