Mortgage Loan Underwriter
Zillow Group
Zillow seeks a Mortgage Loan Underwriter to assess residential mortgage applications within our real estate, rental, and leasing ecosystem. You will analyze income, assets, credit, and collateral to evaluate risk, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory standards, and issue clear approvals or denials. Partner closely with loan officers and processors to resolve conditions, maintain fast turnaround times, and uphold loan quality. In Zillow’s collaborative, data-driven culture, you’ll influence process improvements and help reimagine how people finance homes at scale.
