We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack team responsible for core lending products, including loans, merchant cash advances, and emerging capital solutions. In this role, you will drive the technical vision, scale engineering teams, and ensure seamless, high-quality product experiences for small businesses. You will collaborate across Product, Design, Data Science, and Operations teams to deliver innovative financial products, optimize backend platforms, and accelerate product growth.
