Job Description

Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine to join an independent, non-profit hospital that serves about 16,000 emergency patients per year.

You will enjoy a shared call schedule while you hone your clinical skills, providing care using up-to-date technologies. Here, you will work alongside an engaged team that is a 10-time winner of the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, 15-year winner of National Safety Council Awards, along with several other honors.

Join six emergency medicine physicians plus advanced practice providers in a collaborative and supportive environment where patient-centered care is the priority. Our passionate, community-centered hospitalist team will work with you to make a difference in the lives of the patients.

• Manageable workload working 12-hour shifts.
• Provide top-quality patient care in an emergency department with nine treatment areas and a level III trauma designation.
• Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
• Lead quality initiatives that advance excellence throughout the Emergency Services Department.
• Advance strategic hospital relationships to establish durable, value-driven partnerships in central Nebraska.

• Compensation: Competitive compensation of $320,000 -400,000 Annually
