You'll strive to exceed incentive KPI goals by delivering exceptional value to the client.****You're Our Ideal Candidate If You:***** Bring 7+ years of experience in real estate management, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and workplace experience.* Possess excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.* Have proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.* Demonstrate outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences.* Are adept at using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of facilities initiatives.* Have a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).* Have facilities service provider experience (preferred).* Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.* Facilities Management Certifications (IFMA CFM, FMP) are a plus.* Are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.* Excel in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.****Why JLL?****Because we're not just another real estate company.
