The Residential Windows & Siding Sales Representative is responsible for building trusted relationships with homeowners and driving new business through in-home consultations, education, and consultative selling. This role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding how their home is performing, and presenting clear, honest solutions that showcase JR & Co.'s quality, craftsmanship, and reputation. Essential Functions

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess windows, siding, and related exterior needs
• Educate customers on product options, energy efficiency, materials, and warranties in a way that's clear and pressure-free
• Present customized proposals and pricing, walk customers through financing options, and close business
• Take accurate measurements and job-site notes so orders and installations go smoothly
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, past-customer follow-up, canvassing, and community presence
• Partner with Estimators, production, and install crews to make sure what's sold is what gets built
• Stay connected from signed contract through completion to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent JR & Co. professionally in homes, at community events, and at home shows
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track appointments, proposals, and follow-up activity

Required Skills and Abilities

• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over your own results
• Confident communicator: clear, persuasive, and professional in both written and verbal interactions
• Relationship-builder who earns trust quickly in a homeowner's living room
• Comfortable presenting price and financing options and asking for the sale
• Organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, tablets, and modern productivity tools
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple appointments and priorities
• Safety-minded, knowledgeable of OSHA standards, and committed to doing things the right way

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Education and Experience

• 13 years B2C sales experience preferred, but not required
• In-home or one-call-close sales experience preferred (windows, siding, roofing, bath, HVAC, solar, or similar)
• Exterior remodeling or construction industry background preferred, but not required
• Canvassing or self-generated lead experience preferred
• Cold calling and referral generation experience preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
• Combination of indoor office environment, in-home customer appointments, and outdoor door-to-door sales calling
• Ability to walk properties, use a ladder, and take exterior measurements in varying weather conditions
• Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability
