Description: Administrative Assistant support Prepare and reconcile A/P billing Calculate and reconcile missed premiums Create communication content for current benefit programs Compile and distribute census data to carriers and other partners Audit and reconcile Benefits Administration platform with current HR Systems of Record Scan paper files and transfer to electronic filing system Other duties as assigned Required qualifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS experience preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft Office Excellent written and oral communication skills Must possess a valid driver’s license Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented Have attention to detail and be self-motivated Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay rate 401(k) program with company match up to10% of pay Family medical, dental and vision insurance is available after 90 days of employment Paid time off and other benefits Barnhart CARES family care and community service opportunities EOE/AA Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran #J-18808-Ljbffr Thecentermemphis
