Handyman Maintenance Service Professional
On Time-Done Right! We are seeking a skilled Handy Man Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various residential homes, facilities and equipment.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role: 10 years (Preferred)
- Proficient in using tools and equipment for maintenance work
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting with an Ohmmeter is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week
