Quality Control Inspector Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM-2:15 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Quality Control Inspector Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to move approximately 1,000 parts per shift weighing 15-50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to pass a near-vision test.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to travel to other work locations as needed.
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required.
- Must wear jeans with a brown or black belt.
- Blue or black shirt required and must be tucked in.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Must be available to work overtime as scheduled.
As a Quality Control Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform inspections, sorting, and quality control projects for customers.
- Inspect parts and materials according to customer requirements.
- Identify and report quality concerns or defective parts.
- Sort and organize products according to established quality standards.
- Move and handle parts weighing approximately 15-50 lbs.
- Maintain productivity while processing large quantities of parts.
- Communicate issues and concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
- Work at different customer locations as assigned.
