Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support customers, dealers, and field sales teams by providing product guidance, quotations, order management, and exceptional service. This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping customers find the right solutions rather than high-volume sales. Employment Details Full-Time | Onsite $60,000 - $71,000 Base + Bonus Responsibilities Respond to customer, dealer, and sales inquiries via phone and email. Provide product recommendations and application support. Prepare and deliver customer quotes. Enter and process orders accurately. Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to ensure timely fulfillment. Resolve customer issues and serve as a primary point of contact. Support Territory Managers and field sales teams. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or account support. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience in material handling, forklifts, industrial manufacturing, equipment distribution, rental, or parts/service support. Knowledge of forklifts, hydraulics, lift truck systems, or industrial equipment. Experience supporting dealer networks or field sales teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Ideal Candidate Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
