This position is pivotal in achieving sales targets and fostering business growth./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and execute strategies to meet sales targets aligned with business objectives./liliEstablish and nurture professional relationships with clients to understand and address their needs effectively./liliEfficiently prepare, present, and follow up on sales quotations./liliMaintain accurate and current account information in ERP/CRM systems./liliAttend industry trade shows and seminars to build networks and represent the company./liliTravel extensively within assigned territories, primarily in the U.S. and Canada, with occasional trips to Europe, to enhance and sustain customer relationships./liliProvide weekly progress updates, compile field reports, and generate sales forecasts./liliResolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues effectively./liliConduct competitor analysis and share actionable insights with the team./liliPropose innovative product ideas based on customer feedback and market trends./liliCollaborate with the RD team to support new product development as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 8 years in sales, with a focus on waterproofing products, sealants, or related materials./liliExperience with toll coating processes is advantageous./liliStrong consultative sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals./liliBackground in textiles, polymer materials, or coatings, with exposure to extrusion or laminating processes being beneficial./liliSelf-motivated, independent worker with a strong ability to meet deadlines./liliCreative thinker with excellent analytical capabilities./liliTeam-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually./liliProficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems./liliAbility to travel 5075% of the time, primarily within the U.S. and Canada, with occasional travel to Europe./liliValid drivers license and passport./liliBachelors degree required./li/ulh3Opportunity Highlights/h3pThis role offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with an initial onboarding phase requiring frequent travel to Rochester, NH, and potentially to Europe.
