Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients on their recovery journey.

Education and Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuous education or advanced certifications are welcomed and supported.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
