• Empower patient independence by assessing their ability to perform daily living skills and designing personalized plans that restore confidence and autonomy.
• Lead the healing journey by implementing creative, evidence-based treatment plans and adapting your approach as the patient hits new milestones in their recovery.
• Advocate for families and caregivers by providing the education and tools they need to understand progress and support their loved one's transition back to daily life.
• Navigate the discharge process by planning seamless transitions and identifying the right adaptive equipment to ensure long-term success at home.
• Support clinical excellence by overseeing the care provided by assistants and technicians, ensuring every team member meets the highest standards of our practice.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
